A Thanks for asking. This midi keyboard is not comes with speaker, it needs to be plugged into a computer or iPhone/iPad, with Digital audio workstation on, the sound would come from the equipment with speaker that connected to.

MIDI keyboards themselves do not produce sound, but instead merely creates MIDI signals that they then send to a connected device like computer, and mapping it to a digital audio workstation like Logic Pro, which then translates those signals into sound. A Yes. But there is a precondition. You should have a OTG adapter cable (premium lightning 8 pin to USB) that can support the IOS version of your iphone. That is, the adapter should match the IOS version of your iphone. Otherwise, the MIDI keyboard cannot work with Garageband.
