A Thanks for your inquiiry. Yes, this midi keybaord is a necessary tool for modern music production due to the ability to enhance creativity and improve workflow in any music studio. It will help in a couple different areas: Allow for quick improvisation of loops, and catchy parts. Make your beatmaking process much easier, as you understand music scales, and what notes sound good etc. And here is how to make your own beats: 1- Write your song. You can have your entire beat (or at least the basic structure) worked out before you even open your DAW software. 2- Open your DAW. 3- Set the tempo. 4- Make the drum beat. 5- Write the bass line. 6- Add other virtual instruments. 7-Add other samples or sound effects. If you have any questions, please feel free to let us help. You could rest assured that you'll receive the best care.

A First, it is compatible with Win10/8/7/XP/Vista and Mac OSX, so that if the Pro Tools is able to be used on the system listed above, the answer is Yes.

A Hi, this is MIDI keyboard without built-in speaker. It needs to be connected to computer or phone, using digital audio workstation to edit and producing audio files. So that this product is not able to produce sound by itself, either directly plugging to amp. You could use the amp to connect to your computer or phone to help you solve the issue.
-
A Thanks for asking. It contains USB cord, and it is possible for connecting sustain pedal.
-
A No it has to be hooked to your computer or laptop.

A A MIDI keyboard is a simple way to sequence music and plays virtual instruments on your Mac or PC. When you press a key or pad, it creates a MIDI message. The message is sent to the device it's connected to with the use of either a USB or MIDI cable. It works by sending MIDI data (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) to a computer or synthesizer, which then interprets the signal and spits out a sound. So it is not able to produce sound per se, if you want to loop vocals, you would need to do it on a digital audio workstation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via the buyer seller message. I am always here to help.
